When leaving your dog in our care you understand that a responsible groomer can only perform 15 minutes of de-matting. We cannot and will not put your dog in unnecessary pain and distress which extensive de-matting can cause.

Spending longer than a total of 15 minutes trying to de-matt a dog is actually classed Animal Cruelty.

Should your dog be severely matted of have many verious matts, you trust our judgement and give us full consent to do what we think is best for your dog, which may resulg in a different style or shorter length than what you requested.

As groomers it is our job to precent unnecessary harm and suffering to your dog and we will always put that first above vanity and owners preference.
